Bloody rubbish music these days." * I say "the hit parade" cos that's what my mum and others of her generation use to describe the top 40/pop charts. And it's always in regard to songs that sound really naive these days, like "How Much Is That Doggie In The Window". Yeah, well, I remember when "I Want Your Sex" was at the top of the hit parade, daddyo. Yeah, it’d be like “Wasn’t this in the hit parade* a couple of years ago? Bloody rubbish music these days.”
